Cardiopulmonary Manager Promoted from within Cabinet Peaks Team


Alan Carmignani, RRT, has recently taken over as manager of the Cabinet Peaks Medical Center Cardiopulmonary Department. Carmignani has worked in health care for 2.5 years. Prior to becoming a respiratory therapist, Alan was in management and human resources.

Carmignani will use his prior life experiences to help build and grow the Cardiopulmonary Department and programs. "I hope to build the team on unity. We will work alongside outpatient services to improve programs, community awareness, and patient health," stated Carmignani. "We will also work closely with inpatient services to provide education, skills, development, and resources of equipment to improve the patient outcome."

Chief Operating Officer, Doug Mudgett, is thrilled to have been able to promote from within for this position. "I am to congratulating Alan Carmignani, RRT in being selected for promotion to the Cardiopulmonary Rehab Department Manager at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center. Alan has performed as a valuable member of the respiratory therapy team, and with his many prior years of management experience in a variety of business endeavors, I am confident Alan will be a valuable addition to our management team."

Alan is married to Liz, and they have 7 children: Emmalize, Kahli, Sheala, Victor, Amanda, Janell, and Shawnee. Alan and Liz also have 10 grandchildren, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 3 goats, 3 horses, and 10 chickens.
