Speech Language Pathologist - Rehab Services
Seeking a part-time SLP. Responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, administering, and documenting speech/language pathology services to pediatric through adult patients in an inpatient, outpatient, school and skilled nursing setting. Participates in operational aspects of the department, maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in continuous quality improvement activities. Occasional travel to satellite clinic to provide services.

Full-time Regular; benefit eligible

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited SLP program; Received ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC); Current CPR & BLS certification. Requires at least 1 year of work-related experience. Prefer MBSS experience. Currently holds or able to apply for MT SLP license.
