CPMC Hires New Outpatient Clinic Manager
Cabinet Peaks Medical Center has welcomed Crystal Krabbenhoft as the new Clinical Manager of Outpatient Clinics. She will oversee the family of Cabinet Peaks Clinics which includes Cabinet Peaks Family Medicine, Cabinet Peaks General Surgery, Cabinet Peaks OB/GYN, and Cabinet Peaks Bull River.
Crystal has a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Concordia University in Portland, OR and has been in the healthcare field for 17 years. Before moving to Libby, she managed an ER alternative clinic, but also has an abundance of experience with family practice and population health. "I used to live 40 minutes north of Portland, OR where I managed the ER alternative clinic. Before that, I spent 14 years with the Vancouver Clinic in Family and Internal Medicine where I ultimately helped develop the first ever Population Health Department. As the Population Health Department Supervisor, I guided our focus on making sure patients did not fall through the cracks! We achieved this by monitoring patient's chronic and preventative health needs and had dedicated team members assigned to every provider to deliver dedicated follow-up for each patient."
Crystal's first priority at CPMC is to get to know her staff, providers, and patients so that she may best understand how her experience and expertise can benefit not only the clinic, but the community in its entirety.
Crystal moved to the area with her fiancé, Chris. They have 4 children ages 14, 12, 5, and 2 as well as 2 dogs and a cat. Chris loves the outdoors and couldn't have been happier than to relocate to Montana where he could hunt and fish. Crystal grew up just 3 hours from here in a remote area of Northeastern Washington. Chris and Crystal are both thrilled to be in Libby.
