Cabinet Peaks Family Medicine Clinic Expands Services with Addition of Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Cabinet Peaks Family Medicine Clinic is proud to announce the expansion of its patient care services with the addition of Behavioral Health, led by Autumn Diller, LCSW. This important addition reflects the hospital’s continued commitment to supporting the overall health and well-being of the communities it serves.
Autumn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a member of the National Association of Social Workers and affiliated with the Montana & Idaho Chapter for Clinical Supervisors. She brings extensive experience in providing compassionate counseling and therapeutic support to individuals and families. As the foundation of the new Behavioral Health program, Autumn will offer services designed to help patients navigate life’s challenges, strengthen emotional resilience, and improve mental wellness.
“As an LCSW, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where people feel heard and understood,” said Diller. “Mental health is an essential part of overall wellness, and I’m honored to bring these services to our community.”
A resident of Troy, Montana, Autumn has long felt a deep connection to Lincoln County and its people. “Libby has always held a small place in my heart,” she shared. “It’s more than a small town tucked away in the mountains—it’s a place that feels like home. The way the community comes together to support one another, the beauty of the outdoors, and the sense of belonging here all remind me how lucky I am to live and work in such a special place.”
Tonya Teegardin, Chief Nursing Officer at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center, shared her enthusiasm for this new service line. “We are excited to welcome Autumn to the Cabinet Peaks team,” said Teegardin. “Her compassion, experience, and dedication to improving mental wellness will have a tremendous impact on our patients and community. The addition of Behavioral Health Services represents an important step in our mission to provide quality, compassionate care.”
With the launch of Behavioral Health Services, Cabinet Peaks Medical Center continues to build for the future by expanding access to essential care close to home. Autumn lives by the words of Theodore Roosevelt: ‘Believe you can and you’re halfway there.’ Her professionalism, empathy, and deep roots in the community make her a perfect fit to lead this vital new service line.
Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is excited to welcome Autumn Diller to the team and looks forward to the positive difference she will make in the lives of patients and families throughout Lincoln County. To schedule your appointment, call 406-283-6850.
