Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am- 12:00 pm
Sunday Closed
Closed for all federal holidays.
Appointments are required between the hours of 10:00 am to 2:00 pm to ensure dedicated and expedient service. Appointments can also be arranged for any time during our hours of operation.
Walk-in patients are welcome during the other hours of operation.
What You Should Know:
•Make an appointment by calling (406)283-7090.
•Urine and Stool Specimen Collections are provided at this location. We provide take home collection kits. Collections can also be completed at your providers office.
•Bring an insurance card and photo identification.
•All Cabinet Peaks related Specimen Kits must include a signed lab order.
•Fasting may be required. Please verify with your health care provider. CPMC Laboratory defines fasting as no food, drinks (water OK), or smoking for 12 hours before the blood is drawn. Candy, gum, mints, and coffee should not be consumed if your labs require fasting.
•Patients with a timed test may need to be prioritized.
•Biotin/multivitamins may affect lab test results, please let the lab staff member.
•Contact your health care provider for the results of your laboratory test(s) or sign up for our online Patient Portal to view your results online.
