Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is proud to announce that its Food Services team has been recognized with the Service Excellence Award from Thomas Cuisine, an honor presented during the company’s annual meeting and award ceremony last week.

Each year, Thomas Cuisine presents a select number of Pillar Awards to accounts that demonstrate exceptional commitment to serving their patients, customers, and communities. With nearly 150 Thomas Cuisine accounts eligible for recognition, Cabinet Peaks Medical Center was one of seven locations nominated for the Service Excellence Award.

The award recognizes locations that demonstrate excellence across several areas, including high patient, café, and client satisfaction; achievement of more than 90% on internal and external safety audits; no critical violations from regulatory agencies; and consistent commitment to Thomas Cuisine’s standards of REAL Food, Genuine Service, and Enduring Relationships.

“This recognition is a reflection of the dedication and care our Food Services team brings to their work every day,” said Brenna Herron, Senior Food Service Director at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center. “Our team works hard to provide quality food and genuine service to our patients, staff, and visitors. To have that commitment recognized among nearly 100 accounts is an incredible honor, and I am extremely proud of our team.”

The award highlights the team’s commitment not only to food quality and safety, but also to creating a positive experience for those they serve. From patient meals to café service, the Food Services team plays an important role in the overall experience at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center.
