Welcome to Cabinet Peaks Clinic Family Medicine. At our clinic, you have the option of establishing continual care with our Family Medicine providers, or stopping in for a same day appointment when life's bumps and bruises have you down.

At CPFM, you can make advance appointments with our family medicine providers for:

Physical/DOT examinations

Sports physicals

We also offer Same Day Appointments for when you need care sooner. Our family medicine providers are also here to help with:

General Surgery

Cabinet Peaks Clinic General Surgery provides comprehensive evaluations and treatments to general surgery health conditions. We use surgical techniques that include minimally invasive procedures, specialized equipment and laparoscopic procedures. Our providers work closely with patients' referring physicians as well as other medical professionals to provide an individualized comprehensive experience. Cabinet Peaks Clinic General Surgery is dedicated to providing high-quality personalized surgical care to all of our patients.

EGD (esophagogastroduodenoscopy)

Our Providers


About Lance Ercanbrack, MD
General surgeon Lance L. Ercanbrack, MD, joined the Cabinet Peaks Medical Center staff in 2000. He earned his medical degree at the University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School in Chicago, Illinois, and then completed his general surgery internship and residency at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon. He has been in private practice since 1997. Dr. Ercanbrack is currently a member of the surgical faculty at the University of Washington. His surgical practice includes open and laparoscopic surgery of the abdomen as well as hernia, breast and endoscopic surgeries. Dr. Ercanbrack and his wife, Lora, have raised two sons in Montana. Together they enjoy all that Montana offers, including fishing, hunting, camping, skiing and competitive shooting.

About Niki Bothman, DNP, NP-C
Niki is a life long resident of Montana with a passion for the outdoors and rural healthcare. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she spent 6 years as a valuable member of the nursing team at CPMC while advancing her education. As a healthcare provider, she enjoys assisting and empowering her patients to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Niki is excited to continue to serve the local community as a nurse practitioner along side Dr. Ercanbrack.

About Brian Bell, M.D., FACOG
Dr. Bell opened his practice in Libby, MT in 2015 to provide comprehensive care for women of all ages.
He comes to us from Glasgow, MT where he has been practicing since 2003.

Both Dr. Bell and his wife Mandy grew up in small towns and believe in the value of the rural lifestyle.
In his time away from the hospital and clinic, he enjoys hunting, fishing, music, and theater.
