Rehabilitative Services...Getting You Back to Better Health!
Our team is committed to providing you with quality, compassionate care. We are here to assist you in achieving your rehabilitation goals. We provide physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology services.
CPMC Rehabilitative Services has three outpatient locations to give you convenient and comprehensive care. You may schedule appointments by stopping in at one of our clinics, or calling the office nearest you.
Our physical therapists help you improve or restore the mobility you need to move forward with your life. If you are looking for a possible alternative to surgery and/or pain medication, or rehabilitation after a surgery or accident, consider physical therapy. Physician referral required for Medicare and Medicaid.
Occupational therapists help people across the lifespan participate in everyday activities they want and need to perform. Common occupational therapy interventions include helping children with disabilities to participate fully in school and social situations, helping individuals recover from injury to regain fine motor and daily skills, and providing support for older adults experiencing physical and cognitive changes. Physician referral required for all insurances.
Speech therapy can help you improve your ability to learn or interact with others. Our speech language pathologists can treat disorders related to speech, language, cognition, communication, voice, hearing, fluency, and swallowing. Physician referral required for all insurances.
