Biography:

Nicole has called Montana home for the past 30 years. Her journey into speech-language pathology began through many years of working in education as a paraprofessional and speech-language pathology assistant, experiences that shaped her passion for helping people communicate, connect, and participate more fully in life. While receiving her graduate degree in speech-language pathology, Nicole gained clinical experience in schools, outpatient rehabilitation, hospital setting, and programs serving individuals with autism and complex communication needs. She has worked with children and adults with a variety of speech, language, fluency, cognitive communication, and neurological disorders.
Nicole believes that therapy should be meaningful, individualized, and connected to real life. She strives to create a supportive environment where children feel safe to communicate and find their voice, while helping adults maintain confidence, independence, and participation in the activities and relationships that matter to them most. She values collaboration with families, caregivers, educators, and other members of the rehabilitation team and enjoys developing practical strategies that carryover into everyday life. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, especially when they put on a good playlist and all go on a road trip together.
