Biography:
Nikki Haats, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, with a special focus in cardiology. Originally from Charlo, Montana, Nikki began her healthcare journey in eastern Montana, where she completed her RN training. Driven by a desire to return to the beauty and community of western Montana, she moved to Libby in 2011 to work as a Registered Nurse.
In 2016, Nikki graduated with her Nurse Practitioner degree and accepted a position with Rocky Mountain Heart and Lung, where she received extensive on-the-job training in cardiology. This hands-on experience ignited her passion for cardiovascular care and deepened her commitment to rural healthcare access.
Now, with nearly a decade of experience in both nursing and cardiology, Nikki is thrilled to return to Cabinet Peaks Medical Center. Im incredibly excited to be back at CPMC and to help expand access to cardiac care right here in our own community. Its truly rewarding to be part of a team thats working to ensure patients can get the quality care they need close to home, without the burden of long-distance travel, she shares.
Nikki is the proud mother of three daughterstwo juniors in high school and one in eighth grade. She enjoys the tight-knit community and outdoor lifestyle that Libby offers and is dedicated to serving her neighbors with compassion, knowledge, and care.
