Biography:

Neil was raised in eastern Washington where he spent much of his time exploring the northwest's extensive mountain biking trails and rivers. He made the transition to Libby in 2025, stepping into the Rehabilitation Manager position. Though he has worked in large healthcare systems, critical access hospitals have grown to be Neil's setting of choice primarily due to the increased focus allowed on patient care over business. Getting to join an established and well-running team was also a large bonus for him that he wants to support. He is excited to develop both his own skillsets as he works to finish his master's in business administration degree and the department's service lines and skillset depth to meet the growing healthcare demands of this mountain town.
